If you inadvertently registered with the wrong email address or wish to change it, simply let us know the correct email, and we will update your account accordingly. Once done, you will be able to manage your subscriptions and access content with your updated email address.
If you’ve accidentally created more than one Gardenary account, we can merge them so that all of your courses, purchases, and community access are in one place. To get started, email us at [email protected] with the following:
The email addresses currently linked to your accounts
The email address you’d like to use going forward
Once we have this information, our team will combine your accounts and confirm when the process is complete.
