<p class="tdfocus-1717590340343">Our return policy allows returns for most unopened products purchased in the last 30 days. However, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.</p><p>Please see our <a href="https://www.gardenary.com/gardenary-terms-of-service-and-policies">Terms of Service</a> to see if you are eligible for a return. Then contact <a href="mailto:support@gardenary.com">support@gardenary.com</a> to initiate the process.&#xA0;</p>

Our return policy allows returns for most [unopened] products purchased in the last 30 days. However, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Our return policy is as follows:

Ą Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.
Ą The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Ą Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
Ą Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within [5] business days.
Ą Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Trellis & Raised Bed Returns:

Trellis returns will be accepted for 30 days from shipping date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping is the purchaser's responsibility. Items must be in their original condition. If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Experience team at gardenary.com/support for a replacement and further instructions.
