How do I start a return?Updated 2 months ago

Our return policy allows returns for most unopened products purchased in the last 30 days. However, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Our return policy is as follows:

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Trellis & Raised Bed Returns:

Trellis returns will be accepted for 30 days from shipping date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping is the purchaser's responsibility. Items must be in their original condition. If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Experience team for a replacement and further instructions.
