What is your return/exchange policy?Updated 4 days ago

Books, Tools & Seeds

If you need to return a physical item, we’re happy to help. Please note:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt for your refund to be issued.

Damaged items: While we take great care in packaging your order, if you receive a damaged item please send photos of the damage when requesting a return so we can process it appropriately. Damaged items are eligible for a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. 

Trellis & Raised Beds:

If you need to return a trellis or raised bed, please note the following:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt for your refund to be issued.

Damaged items: Please send photos of the damage when requesting a return so we can process it appropriately. Damaged items are eligible for a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. 

Gift cards, booklets, t-shirts, hats, other print-on-demand items, and sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
