When an item is out of stock, you have the option to either wait for the restock — which may take some time depending on the product — or we can substitute it for another closely related item. For certain popular items that sell out quickly, we work hard to restock them as soon as possible and will ship your order immediately upon their arrival. If you prefer not to wait or do not wish to move forward with an alternative item, feel free to contact us letting us know that you wish to cancel the backordered item and we will issue a refund for that item.
