What is the policy for refunds or cancellation after enrolling in a Gardenary course?Updated 11 hours ago

At Gardenary, we strive to provide high-quality online content, resources, and training to support your growth and success. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products & Online Courses:

All purchases of digital content (including guides, templates, and downloads) are non-refundable once access has been granted. Because these materials are delivered electronically and accessible immediately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

Digital courses are eligible for a refund on a case by case basis. 

Subscription Services:

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellations will stop the next billing cycle, but no refunds are issued for partial months.

Annual digital subscriptions may be canceled within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. After 10 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

Annual physical subscriptions may be canceled within 10 days of shipment. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. Shipping is at the discretion of the purchaser. Please reach out to [email protected] to start your return process. 

Exceptional Circumstances:

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Refund requests beyond these terms will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
