If you encounter any trouble joining a workshop or accessing course materials, we apologize for the inconvenience and are here to assist you. For issues joining live calls, we will have our internal team look into any error messages you receive. Remember that all support call recordings are uploaded to your library, normally within a set period after the call. In case you can't find course content, please check that you have the correct access. Sometimes content such as recordings from specific dates might be mistakenly locked, but you can usually access them directly using a provided link. If you're unsure or needing further help, we're always on standby to support you.
