Thank you for reaching out! Below you can find helpful information on shipping expectations for Gardenary products.

*Important Backordered/Out of Stock Product Information*
• Nicole Arch Trellises are expected to be back in stock by late-Summer/early Fall. Backorders are expected to ship at that time.  
• The Traditional Diamond Arch Trellis is expected to be back in stock by late-Summer, and backorders will ship out at that time, as well.

If an item is backordered as noted on the item description, we will be sending periodic updates. 

*In Stock Items*
For in-stock items, items are expected to ship out within the following timeframes, depending on the product below: 
• Cedar Beds: 10 business days
• Metal Beds: 10-14 business days 
• Tools: 5-14 days
• Trellises: 5-14 days

Please note this excludes holidays and weekends.

In some cases, items are temporarily delayed beyond those times. In those situations, we will send you a separate communication with updated shipping details. While waiting for your order we encourage you to bookmark our new assembly instruction page. We will continue to add new videos to ensure your assembly is easy and uncomplicated.

When will my order ship?

Trellises:
Trellis returns will be accepted for 30 days from shipping date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping is the purchaser's responsibility. Items must be in their original condition. If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact shop@gardenary.com for a replacement and further instructions.

Other Shop Items:
Please send an email to shop@gardenary.com with a description of the issues.

What is your return policy?

Hi there, 

Thank you for your interest in our products! We are working hard to have our products in stock all year long with minimal delays in availability. 

Unfortunately, our current supplier is unable to give us exact dates. We anticipate the Nicole Arch and Panel arriving in late July. As we receive more updates on The Traditional Diamond Arch and the obelisks we will update that info here.
